"At the Last Supper Jesus gave bread and wine to His disciples. The bread represented His body, and the wine represented His blood, which He sacrificed when He died for us on the Cross. Every time we take communion, we're reminded of what Jesus did for us and we do it in remembrance of him until He comes."
