Shipping & Return Policies

Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. Items must be received by us in new condition. If your order arrived damaged, we ask that you send a picture of the item as proof.  Before returning any item(s), please contact us for a return authorization number. Please understand that most of our items come from Italy, Peru, France, Ireland and other countries around the world. We do our best to keep items in stock but there are times that we can be out of stock on certain items. We will inform you if any of the items on your order are out of stock. Some items can take 4-6 weeks to receive if they are out of stock... We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by out of stock items.

Once we send orders out, we are no longer responsible for where your order ends up. There are times where the Post Office may lose or misroute a package. While we will always be glad to help locate a package, we are not able to guarantee transit times from the Post Office. We cannot be held responsible for their errors! 

We ask that you double check your address and contact information before you place your order. We ship most of our orders the same day if the order is placed during regular business hours. It may be difficult to intercept your package after it is shipped to correct an incorrect shipping address. We are not able to refund you if the package is delivered to the incorrect shipping address provided.
